Classes fill quickly, and spots will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
Students will receive a 10% off coupon to be used the day of, or valid for up to one week after.
For individual classes: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 48 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and you will receive a credit redeemable for a future class. If we are not notified within 48 hours of the class, no credit will be issued.

Our most popular class! Come and join us for a guided taste tour through the seven basic styles of cheese. This is your first step in the “everything you need to know about cheese” journey. Learn the basics of tasting and how to build your own cheese plate, as well as any answers to those frequently asked cheese questions. $50.00
Are you ready to move beyond cheddar? Maxed out Manchego? Want a fresh new goat cheese? Well, here is your opportunity! In Cheese 201, we’ll dig deeper into the science of the 7 styles of cheese. We’ll lead you in a guided tasting which will focus on varieties of rennet, effects of starter cultures, the aging and ripening process and more. $50.00
French Cheese Tasting NOW ENROLLING!
Join us for a French cheese tasting, based on the book The Whole Fromage. We’ll indulge in a tasting of five French cheeses, while Local professor Christine Rai leads us in a discussion about French culture’s passion for cheese and the book. $40.00

Who doesn’t love cheese, chocolate AND wine?! We have handpicked a selection of cheeses to pair with our gourmet chocolates and wines. During this class, we’ll experiment together with the process of pairing while we play with flavor and texture combinations. $50.00

Kick up your St. Patricks Day celebration with Irish cheese and beer! Join us for a guided tasting of four Irish farmhouse cheeses paired with Irish beers. Erin go Bragh! $35.00

We will embark on an around-the-world tasting of all blues rich and robust, each paired with a different companion, as well as wine. Learn all about the mystery behind the making of blue cheese. Cheese and booze?! Yes, that’s right. Join us at McClintock Distilling for an evening of cheese and spirits. Learn about cheese and alcohol and why they marry so well together, while tasting four of our favorite pairings. $40.00
Students will learn how to assemble the perfect cheese tray for everyday snacking or entertaining. Join us for hands-on instruction on how to cut and arrange the perfect cheese board. Plus, bring home your mini cheese board creation! $35.00
Wine and cheese get all the headlines, but we think beer is better. Join us for a pairing session that’s sure to open your eyes to a new world of flavor. A growing appreciation and consumption of both craft beer and fine cheese in America makes this class a no-brainer.
