Hand crafted by shepherds in the Greek mountains, Mt. Vikos Feta is a delicious blend of sheep and goat’s milk. The shepherds come from a small family dairy in central Greece where they tend the herds, milk the animals, and bring the fresh milk to the dairy every day. The cheese is then aged in brine for 2 months, resulting in a firm, slightly crumbly yet creamy cheese. The flavor is tangy, clean, and mildly salty.
